From October 25 to October 29, 2024, the autumn edition of the
traditional International Art-Folk Fest took place, attracting over
500 performers from different countries and regions of Georgia. The
event was organized by the Art-Folk Cultural Development Union and
the Institute of Culture.
The festival offered a diverse program featuring ensembles from Georgia and abroad. Participants presented a rich palette of choreographic and musical performances, introducing the audience to the traditions of their respective cultures. In addition to concerts, guests were offered tours of Georgia’s landmarks, where they had the opportunity to explore Georgian art and culture. A masterclass was also held, bringing together Georgian and foreign participants to exchange experiences and showcase their cultural traditions.
All festival participants received Laureate diplomas, a special festival edition of the magazine Georgian Choreography, and various awards.
The International Art-Folk Fest (Autumn Edition) 2024 was supported by the International Dance Council (CID) under the auspices of UNESCO, the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF), the Georgian Academy of Choreographers, the House of Roses, and media partner TV Company Stars.
The Art-Folk Cultural Development Union and the Institute of
